There’s something about this nursery, sent to us by photographer Chenin Boutwell, that just makes me smile. It must be all the bright, gorgeous light and the super soft blush stripes. It’s delicate and sophisticated, but not too girly at all. You can feel the love that went into this nursery.
Chenin shared with us where she found her items, nothing that while the furniture itself is more expensive (re-used from Scout’s big brother’s nursery), a lot of these pieces are budget-friendly from sources like Etsy, Target, and IKEA. Several pieces are from DIY goodness, like the creative curtain treatment made with a reclaimed birch branch, and the embroidery hoops above the crib, made with vintage linens. Check out the credits at the bottom of the post for the other item sources.
