Ellis’ Tranquil and Pretty Nursery

Earlier today, we shared the maternity session of April Peet, talented floral designer of April Flowers, and now the loveliness continues with this pretty nursery April created for baby Ellis. With a soft, light palette of pale pink, peach, and aqua, the space has a tranquility and delicate femininity we love. April utilized thrift store finds, homemade pieces, and already owned items, which creates a lot of warmth while also making this a budget-friendly room. For example, the darling mobile was created from April’s baby shower decorations. There are also some new pieces with big impact, like those Narnia prints from Lay Baby Lay (the designer from one of our favorite nursery inspiration sites of the same name!). In fact, it looks like a lot of inspiration likely came from the lovely nursery design of Vivi Charles, daughter of Lay Baby Lay designer, Joni. Juneberry Photo captured all these beautiful photos; head to the gallery if you’d like to see more!

I LOVE this! So jealous. I wish I had a baby girl to do this for. I think your room is better than the inspiration room! What paint color did you use?
