Icing Designs always delivers incredibly darling parties, and they are at it again with this adorable ice cream themed birthday party for five-year-old twins Maia and Sophia! As they were planning, it began to take on a “happy” theme as well, which is reflected in the light, playful palette of pink, peach, and mint green. Icing Designs styled the entire event, including the sweet paper goods and delectable desserts, which included chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes, homemade marshmallows with fringe toppers, ice cream cone cake pops, and tiny tim cookies. They also made a mini cake presented on a pink milk glass cake stand and decorated with a cute little clothespin cake topper.
One part of the decor we think you will all adore is the DIY ice cream cone chandelier created by Katie, a friend and DIY correspondent of Icing Designs. So fun and whimsical! Be sure to visit the Icing Designs blog to learn how to recreate this memorable decor. Each party guest got to take a cone home with them. And of course, no ice cream party would be complete without a mini ice cream parlor! Guests were invited to “make your ice cream happy” with a selection of toppings.
