Warm and Comfortable Maternity Photos

Photographer Paige Smith was first introduced to expecting mom Emma by her husband, who worked with Emma’s husband on Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base. With similar interests, they became fast friends. When Paige found out Emma had a little one on the way, Paige was thrilled to capture this special time in her life. With Emma’s husband deployed at the time, Paige knew just how important these photos would be. As a Marine Corps wife herself, Paige could relate to Emma’s story, as she gave birth to their child while her own husband was away. The shoot feels very warm, comfortable, and effortless. With Emma’s situation and the bond between these two friends, these images resonate even more deeply. See more photos in the full gallery.
