Claire’s Soft, Lovely Nursery

Photographer Gladys Lara approached Irene Lovett of designstILes for some nursery design help for baby Claire’s nursery when her vision for the space wasn’t coming to life as she imagined. Gladys had already found and purchased most of the major pieces in the room, but wanted some help making it all feel more complete. Irene knew after viewing Gladys’ soft, romantic photography aesthetic that Claire’s nursery should have that same lovely feeling. With a light, fresh palette of pale yellow, light green, and touches of pink, the space is pretty and happy, but not too girly. The Vanuatu Twilight Wallpaper by Anthropologie makes for a gorgeous feature wall, while a furry stool from Furbish brings in some fun. Even the closet looks fabulous with a striped wall backdrop. i love that the mom created a pin board for little memory items. I did the same thing and call it our displayable baby book
