Stella’s Soft, Cozy Nursery

Soft, Cozy Nursery

Kate Schmitz of Kate Elizabeth Photography and her husband couldn’t wait to welcome baby Stella, their first daughter, into their hearts. Kate found a lot of inspiration from Restoration Hardware in planning her nursery, but didn’t quite have the budget to match, so she set out to create her own serene space in a neutral palette with alternative sources. With the budget in mind, most of the items were donated or found bargain shopping on Craigslist, in stores, and online. The end result is this absolutely lovely room–so soft, light, and cozy. Kate shared, “My favorite piece in the room is the chandelier and the way it sparkles, the handmade lamb mobile from Lithuania, and the custom made art handing over her crib. We wanted Stella to feel soft, cozy and protected in this space!” It looks like adorable Stella is quite happy and right at home in this pretty nursery.
