Whimsical “Where the Wild Things Are” Themed Nursery

Where the Wild Things Are Themed Nursery

Where the Wild Things Are is one of those children’s books that simply never leaves you. We were thrilled to see how photographer Jennifer Hopkins used that wonderful inspiration and turned it into this whimsical, fun nursery for her son on the way. The book comes through in the decor, including the rustic little boat holding his books, the numerous themed prints, and the themed mobile, but without being over the top. It’s a soothing room that this baby boy should love! Jennifer shared where her idea came from for the room:

“I have been dreaming of having a son my entire life. I always envision him to be a touch mischievous, a little wild, sweet as pie, a lover of adventure, and full of imagination. What better way to put all that into one nursery then by designing around the Where the Wild Things Are?”

I am very interested in finding the boat that is in this nursery. My daughter’s theme for her twins is the same as this one and I would love to get the boat for her shower and use it for the wishing well.
    Hope you can help me.
