Ronan’s Fringe Fiesta 1st Birthday

Fringe Fiesta 1st Birthday

Fun, festive fringe defined this adorable first birthday party in celebration of little Ronan. His mom Kim was inspired by a shoot styled for Design*Sponge by Ashley Meaders. Even though it was years ago, the image never left her mind and she was so excited to have the opportunity to use that inspiration here. Some of our favorite details are the claw foot tub used as a beverage tub and “Ronan’s Stats”, a nod to Ronan’s dad who plays for the Calgary Flames, which displayed all of the birthday boy’s milestones. Read on for more details about the party from Kim, then head over to the full gallery to check out all of the lovely images captured by Christie Graham Photography!

“David and I hoped to do something memorable for Ro’s first birthday, assuming that every celebration to come would be guided by our toddler’s requests (no more mint tissue fringe!) so we took advantage of the situation. Knickerbockers Catering came up with the most delicious street tacos to accompany our vision that were met by numerous rave reviews! The day was gorgeous; Ronan was showered in loads of love accompanied by far too many gifts. There’s something so special about family and friends coming together to show their love and support for such a young life. Ronan may not know it yet but he sure is adored! We can’t wait for him to look back on these photos years from now with much affection!”
